Wrapper Error Messages

The following is a list of error codes and messages and the reasons why they may occur when trying to validate a product that uses The FlightSim Store wrapper.

Error #10: Required order details missing or bad input. Ensure there is no whitespace included with the values entered.

The customer has entered an invalid order number or order date or has included whitespace characters at the beginning or end of one or more of the entered items. This error can also indicate a hack attempt and should rarely be reported by customers.

Error #15: Incorrect order number. Order number should resemble this: FSS0001234 where 1234 is the ID of your order.

The order number entered could not be resolved to a valid order number in our database. Ensure the customer is entering the order number in the correct format, FSS followed by 7 numeric digits.

Error #20: Incorrect order details have been entered. Please check your information and try again.

The customer has entered an invalid order number or order date or has included whitespace characters at the beginning or end of one or more of the entered items.

Error #30: Incorrect registration key entered. Please check your registration key and try again.

The registration key entered does not match the detailed entered for the order. Cross check the key by re-issuing to ensure the correct key for the current order details is correct.

Error #40: Activation limit has been exceeded. Please contact The FlightSim Store for assistance.

The customer has exceeded their validation limit and will need their validation log reviewed and cleared before they will be able to re-validate their installation.
